Processing & Shipping Times

  • Orders are processed within 24 to 72 hours.
    (During peak seasons like Christmas, processing times may be slightly longer.)

  • Estimated delivery time: 5 to 10 business days after shipment.

  • If no alternative time is shown at checkout, this is the timeframe you should expect.

Delivery Times May Vary
Shipping times depend on your country of residence and may vary slightly based on location and local carrier operations.

Important

  • We do not guarantee delivery by specific dates such as Christmas, New Year’s, or Valentine’s Day.
    Please calculate delivery windows based on the order date and stated shipping times.

  • From January 28 to February 4, our suppliers observe holidays, which may result in an additional 5–10 business day delay.

Tracking
You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped so you can follow its progress at any time.

Delays & External Factors
While we strive to ensure prompt delivery, delays due to high demand, customs inspections, logistics disruptions, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.

Late Delivery & Refunds

  • If your order arrives after your desired date but is in perfect condition, we do not offer refunds.

  • Refunds are only issued if the product arrives damaged or is unusable.
    This policy allows us to continue offering free shipping and competitive prices.

🇺🇸 U.S. Orders
Due to current U.S. import regulations, deliveries to the United States may experience an extra delay of 5–7 business days. Thank you for your understanding.

🇨🇦 Canadian Orders
Deliveries to Canada may be delayed due to Canada Post labor strikes.

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages
For your peace of mind, we offer Shipping Protection. Without it, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Please check with neighbors, your local post office, or building manager if this happens.
